We invited people to build collages and tell stories about their experiences with legacy and estate planning.

We sponsored and taught a pop-up class at the Stanford d.School for law students. They got to speak to people with real problems around estate planning.

We synthesized our learnings using empathy maps, brainstorms, and built a business model canvas.

I scribed journey and service maps with my team, to visualize what the offering might become and the features we will need to test.

We created service blueprints based on what we have now and what we want to build. First on the wall (not shown) then digitaly.

I built an experience flow, to start to map out what the user will need to do to complete an estate plan.

I wanted to create a very simple map of the overall service we wanted to build. This map was used in presentations to the Chairman, business sponsors, attorneys and users. It ended up being the most visible artifact for explaining our project.

I built many web based prototypes of sites and videos for testing tone and message.
