Here is a very excited user about to start running an in-home expieriment.

I built some personas from the parents we were meeting. 

After running multiple experiments, in 24 homes over the course of 12 weeks, we built this journey map to explain what was happening and identify our largest risk (circled in red). Our next MVP would set out to test this risk.

Very simple flow, built in Sketch, to further explain what we need to build for the next MVP. 

I built a "fake door" prototype to test initial level of interest. This was the first time Fidelity Labs had posted a prototype of this nature. The site came together in about four days. Check it out here.
